Boettcher was performing since she was 4 years old, is most famous for playing Melody Fuller on the Amazon Studios Original Series Gortimer's Life on Normal Street. In 2012, Ashley voiced many bears as well as rats in the popular animated film Ernest & Celestine which starred Forest Whitaker Lambert Wilson & Pauline Brunner. The film won 14 of the 29 nominations it received, that included an Oscar.
